Falling in love is something very important in everyones lives. Ive been learning that it is pretty easy to fall in love!
Before you read this, you should understand that this is coming from a 20 year old kid....
But I truly believe that its pretty easy to fall in love. Everyone is pretty wonderful, and I have definitely already fallen in love with Argentina and a lot of special people here.
But falling in love is something that you have to be careful about. As humans, we naturally start to care about people, and before we know it, we start caring about them... a lot.
And the dangerous thing is that maybe the people we fall in love with dont want what we want... And we start to get hurt and cant understand why they dont want the same things we want.
Ive seen a lot of young couples here hurt by this. But Ive also seen a lot of amazingly loving and beautiful couples who have the same goals.
I got really lucky...I fell in love with a pretty girl named Sophie Beck, and although at first we were just a cute couple, we have started to realize how the things we want line up.
Sophie has put in her papers and is awaiting her mission call! I could not be more proud and more excited for her. Please pray for her as she starts this amazing journey in her life!
My message this week is that be careful who you fall in love with... who you choose to spend the most of your time with.. because humans are all pretty great but sometimes we get distracted and things get hard. :(
But sometimes it works out wonderfully, and your best friend goes on a mission..!
